Dr. Antonio Carlos Farrapo Junior

PhD in Planning and Use of Renewable Resources (2021), expected to graduate in May 2025, and Master's in Production Engineering (2019), both from the Federal University of São Carlos. Specialist in Occupational Safety Engineering (2018). Bachelor's in Production Engineering (2014) and Business Administration (2009) from the University of Sorocaba (UNISO). Completed a sandwich PhD at the Industrial Ecology Center (CEI) of the University of Coimbra (Portugal) in 2024, conducting research on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), environmental footprint, and circular bioeconomy. Currently, he is part of the research group in Sustainability Engineering (EngS Group), conducting studies on environmental footprint calculation, environmental impact mitigation, and decarbonization policies in the bioenergy sector. He has experience in environmental modeling, Circular Economy indicators, and the use of LCA to assess the impacts of products and processes.
